Ever hear of that saying “What goes up must come down”? With the ever rising cost of mortgages, rent, gas, food, necessities, one tends to wonder that rains true about the crazy influx in costs.
All the increases only seem to rise on what we needs to survive. So we have no choice but to pay the ransom of the high cost of living.
